Beetlejuice!! Or is it Betelgeuse? Yes there are too spellings. I love both the movie and the cartoon but both are quite different from each other. Adem and Barbera are not in the cartoon at all and they are the main characters of the movie, Sandworm land is Satern, and Lydia really didn't like BJ like she does in the cartoon. I don't remeber the 1st ep. but I think they were always friends in the cartoon. I rented a tape of the cartoon today (my video store has a large collection of old cartoonshow tapes and they had a couple BJ ones) and I remebered why I liked the cartoon as a kid. It's just goffy. It's not as annoying as I thought it would be (not like some modern cartoons toaday) but it is a PUN driven cartoon. I got some good laughs and I was kinda sad that the tape had so littel ep.s on it (3) cause I wanted to see more. It would be cool to get a DVD of the cartoon out but until they deside to make a sequil of the movie (it's a possiblity cause Michel Keaton would love to make a sequil but only if Tim Burton directs it) then we'll see it come out.
yeah, this is colored in a totally different way than most of my other pics. It's done in Photoshop but i didn't ink this. I loved my pencil sketch so much I figured I'd fuck it up if I tried to ink it. The color is multiplied over the line art. It leaves teh nice skethyness o fthe pictures without covering it up too much. I'll go into this better but I'm beaing forced off the comp. See Ya. |
